Pictures start after I already stripped the control panel using goof off, sanded it to bare metal, and painted the cp with primer and black gloss paint:

Where did you get that Ms. Pac-man overlay? Did you buy it from another arcade game collector?

Who is Wu and where can I find such an overlay?
(Just picked up an otherwise awesome condition Ms. Pac Man that is lacking overlay art. Received a Willis that is thankfully not installed)

Did you just use an orbital sander to sand down the control panel, since it’s an easy flat surface? Or did you use some other tool?
